At Echo we take great care during the editing process and Echo's Matrox RT.X2 High Definition Edit Suite is the
perfect tool to use. This enables Echo's professional editors to deal with a large range of formats, including: DV, HDV, P2 and XDCAM EX (P2 and XDCAM will be converted to HDV). In house we also have a 55" high definiton preview monitor and a JVC BR-HD50 720p tape deck which reads 720p mini-HDV tapes and any SD DV or mini-DV tapes.
As demonstrated in our showreel, we can create eye catching motion graphics using Adobe After Effects CS3, which help to add further depth to the production, providing the viewer with visual cues and further information. These can range from complicated realistic special effects to simple yet stylish lower thirds which are ideal for corporate videos.
Echo take special care over sound in their productions thats why they have a stand alone system that deals solely with audio design and editing. The portable edit system runs Adobe Audition 3 with an E-MU 1616 sound card and breakout box which is ideal not only for editing but also voice over recording and foley sound.
Using Adobe Encore CS3 Echo can produce fully authored DVDs and Blu-rays which contain still or animated menus, music, contact details and special features.
